Organizations that have seen success with social learning (from SUN to British Telecom and including many others) would say that desired learning can and does happen; but, social learning forces monitoring and evaluation efforts to focus on business metrics (# of sales, speed, etc.) Your focus is ever on growth. agree. Most definitely.

It's been 2 weeks since I attended this workshop, so I should probably do my "data dump" from day 2!
