If I’m doing software application training, doing it as a webinar isn’t really my first choice. Application training via a synchronous tool like WebEx, Adobe Connect, or Elluminate too often ends up with passive learners. I disagreed; I think you can teach skills with webinars if you plan the interactions correctly.

Topia.io : If you’re looking for a different kind of synchronous online experience, Topia is an option. This feels more like a game environment than a webinar, although I think it also depends on what activities you plan within that virtual world. Apps require permissions though, so they may not work in every organization.

Convert Training to Online

Note that this is not scaling up by putting 100 people in a webinar and muting the chat. Virtual training is live, synchronous training with an instructor using an online tool like WebEx, Adobe Connect, or Zoom. You can still scale up and help trainers reach more people by doing shorter live sessions combined with self-paced content.
