Whether it’s discovering how to use some function in Excel or how to fix a laser printer, YouTube invariably offers help and guidance.

YouTube : probably the best visual performance support tool around. It’s a good conduit to publish and share video material, and a great resource for ‘quick tips’ when I need to know how a piece of software or a broken shower works. Google search will no doubt play a role in raising that to a new level.

They have developed a portal to stream video and audio of the instructor's performance, with some real-time communication with instructor and other participants in 'break-out rooms'. A cursory look at the ITIL resources available on the Net reveals a wealth of material on YouTube for a start. It's a 'hybrid' model called Anywhere.
