When it comes to new feature releases, we want to always make sure we’re providing our members with as many resources as possible. Currently, we have a dedicated support team, support site, Facebook group, countless blogs, and now LIVE webinars.

Karmen Kendrick, LearnDash’s Marketing Manager, launched the LearnDash LIVE webinar training series last week. Her mission is to provide a live video resource for our members to get personalized assistance with navigating new features. The first webinar event, Getting Started with the OnBoarding Wizard,  was held with LearnDash’s Product Manager, Jack Kitterhing.

During the live training session, Karmen and Jack walk participants through using the new onboarding wizard that was designed to help course creators configure the basics of their site. The event also included a Q & A session for participants to get answers to their most pressing questions.

Previously, setting up your LearnDash software was done manually.  LearnDash has now implemented the OnBoarding Wizard to make it easier for users with new installs of LearnDash to set up their courses, lessons, and payments in four easy steps.
