My new website came online four months ago. In today’s parlance, I was narrating my work. Authentically. Lots of people came to know me because I was open and unfiltered. I have lots of friends I’ve never met. The site seemed too polished and stylish to accomodate my shoot-from-the-hit personal writing style.

A large, traditional LMS vendor has put a new front on their website that proclaims “80% of learning is informal. Nurture it. Harness it. Socialize it.&# Great idea. Alongside this news is a video of a customer who explains he loves the vendor because of their ability to support old-style, formal learning.
