Wikis as classic example of collaborative tool. Gave an example of faculty handbook created with wiki (using MediaWiki). Collaboration.

Karyn is asking for help via a post on her blog - So, how did you get started. First, I can't imagine trying to do a dissertation wiki. So, if they provide comments via the Wiki doesn't that make a lot of sense. In fact, wouldn't it be safer to have it as a Wiki where you could see what each person did?
