During my visit, I was fortunate to meet Umesh at the Mother Earth workshop. He had come to the workshop with his elder brother and decided he wanted to work there too. The workshop requires people with varying skill sets ranging from cutting and sewing to doing quality checks. He appeared to be not more than 28 or 29.

It is this interesting excel sheet with colorful tabs that Sahana will present in today's workshop. After that, the presentations and workshops became interactive with questions pouring in. We have to fill out the questions in each of those sheets. It was then that I knew I had made a dent, a difference, brought about a small change.
