That comment really stuck with me, because in my Top 50 Learning Systems for 2019, the best of the best are listed, so let’s call them 1’s. I love their playlists capability and their coach/share module is wonderful (it is part of the Enterprise system version), but you can also purchase it as a standalone if you say, buy just the base version and not enterprise. They can web cam record themselves and share it with the coach too.

Coaching. 95% of the coaching I see in systems, or in products online follows a similar approach: Learner records themselves via a web cam or device and sends it to the coach OR is recorded in real-time to the coach (ideally a manager or some other expert). The coach then responds in text. Is that truly coaching someone? Coaching. Coaching and collaboration are all part of the journey if you will. . Trends are funny.
