Right now, you have to upload the course as you would with your SCORM wrapper, where you self-upload or use the course within an online mobile platform from your authoring tool vendor. Just as you can with PENS authoring tools and the systems that support PENS (i.e In 2000, I had a LMS in the cloud and felt safe.

One vendor has a gaming raceway for quizzes. I remember pushing my pen around my paper in junior high creating a race game too. Another vendor includes a FAQ under gamification – why not give everyone a free rock with that? Back in the early 2000′s I remember offering my end users avatars with our learning platform.

If a RCAT vendor tells you they have been in business for over 10 years, they are somewhat misleading, since WBT courses really didn’t start to hit the mark until 2000 and then you have limited choices on how to build. PENS was created in 2005 by AICC as a new interoperability standard. E-Learning 24/7.
