Toss in privacy as a factor too. In 2000, I had a LMS in the cloud and felt safe. That is why it is must to state what level is your security – AES 256 for example, than saying yeah we are secure. My USB is secure, until someone steals it. You can too. Bottom Line. I admit I am scared off fire.
