I like Grovo as a product, but their pitch as the original micro-learning platform (read in one press release) is a twist on reality – great marketing, but really? This is because any vendor/platform/system could provide micro-learning since the start of the LMS space in the late 90’s. I told them, vendors were offering this in 2000. E-Learning 24/7.

Yes, the posts on the Net continue to tell me that the LMS and thus its market is dead, which is ironic when you consider that more companies are coming into the space than leaving and that the learning system space now exceeds 1,300 on the global scale, and that most of them, the overwhelmingly large chunk, are LMSs.
