In 2003, the eLearning startup I worked for shuttered its doors as our customers moved to adopt SCORM, and we had no idea how to do that. My job was to help author SCORM 2004, focusing on how to develop content that would work in SCORM systems. The project was to think about a new way to approach learning that based on current needs.
