PowerPoint 2007: Converting Presentations to Movies

.   Open the folder and press [ Ctrl ] [ A ] on your keyboard to select all of the images.   Press [ Ctrl ] [ A ] on your keyboard to select all of the slides and drag them down to the storyboard below.   Click Import. All of your slides will appear in the Collections area in the center of the screen.

PowerPoint 2007 & 2010: How to Extract Audio & Images from a Presentation, Part II

The problem with that method is that it only works on files created in PowerPoint 2007 or 2010. This week I will show you an alternate way to do this in both PowerPoint 2007 and 2010. In PowerPoint 2007, you will save the project as an html file. Open the presentation in PowerPoint 2007. Press [ Enter ] on your keyboard.

Microsoft PowerPoint 2007: Troubleshooting Pasted Slides

From within that second presentation, copy the slide to be pasted by selecting the slide and pressing [ Ctrl ] [ C ] on your keyboard. Note:  If you are choosing more than one consecutive slide, hold down the [Shift] key while you select the first and last consecutive slides and then press the  Copy command.

PowerPoint 2007: Adding Custom Animation to Ungrouped Chart Elements

Press [ Ctrl ] [ X ] on your keyboard to cut the bar from the graph. When you are satisfied with the animation for the first bar, select the chart area and press [ Ctrl ] [ V ] to paste the second bar back into the chart. PowerPoint 2007 & 2010: How to Turn an Image Into An Animated Puzzle

Press the [ F5 ] key on your keyboard. (For my project, I wanted it to appear as though initially the slide was blank, so I chose white.). On the  Selection and Visibility  pane, click the  Show All  button to make all items visible again. Your image will now come in as a puzzle, one piece at a time.

Select everything on the slide (press [ Ctrl ] [ A ]). From the  3-D Format  category, in the  Top Bevel  area, change the  Width  to  5 pt  and the  Height  to  2 pt. Click the  Close  button. The puzzle pieces will now appear 3-dimensional.
