To solve this, RoboHelp projects must be added to Word's trusted locations. I'll show you how to both Enable Word Macros and add projects to the trusted locations. Click the Office button (Word 2007) or go to the File tab (Word 2010-2013). Select  Trust Center  and then click  Trust Center Settings.
