Jay Cross has an interesting post about using Facebook in the organization, and makes a connection I hadn’t seen (and wish I had :).  He’s citing another post on FaceBook and the Enterprise, where JP Rangaswami posits that Facebook can be used to allow individuals to track what their bosses are doing, as role models. I’m not sure Facebook is the right tool, but a combination of tools might make sense and Facebook’s APIs might make it possible.Â

The Big Question this month are Predictions for Learning in 2008. Here are my predictions, but realistically they are more about trends in eLearning and eLearning Software. Prediction #1 => eLearning 2.0 - Increasing Pressure It's safe to predict that you'll be hearing more and more about eLearning 2.0 during 2008. There will be increasing pressure on each of us to understand eLearning 2.0 This will increase adoption of Web 2.0

I’ve been working with Steve Wexler and the eLearningGuild on the eLearning 2.0 This is resulting in some pretty interesting data such as the Web 2.0 Well I can help answer the question about access to YouTube and other Web 2.0 I somewhat understand why MySpace might get blocked (28%) but given how many people are using Facebook for business connections, blocking it at almost the same rate is a little bit of a surprise.
