It was within these comments, that afterwords, I decided to expand a bit plus identify other areas that I see, LMS vendors must explore – which they have not yet done so, to re-energize themselves.

The latest projected number of iPads and other tablets to be sold by the end of 2010 is 19.5 That said, why is this happening: A significant (over 90%) of vendors are holding off this year and at least part of next year from optimizing their solution to the iPad. Support of the iPad, thus mobile learning. Social learning. Mobile – support iPad. Works with SharePoint 2007 and 2010. They were the first ones to do this, and still a big plus in my book. Unlimited users – a rarity in today’s market. More collaborative features. It actually has gotten better.
