Terminology – The use of ILT (Presentation, Slides, Trainer, Trainees). In the Mindflash.com experience frankly this is not happening when the terror of ILT rears its ugly head online. ILT does not offer self-pace nor self-control. In an ILT environment, often you come into the classroom and see the presentation slide on the screen with the trainer’s name and e-mail address. I love Halloween. It is one of my favorite times of the year.
