The report suggests that, in 2010, the UK market will grow by “no more that 4.76% on the 2009 figure” to a total of some £472m. I prefer to rephrase it that the UK market has grown by “as much as 4.76%”, which is not bad considering the economic conditions and the near-decimation of face-to-face training.
