It’s not that there is anything in particular wrong with Visio as a flow charting tool. Rather, it’s the access to the tool. I needed a flow charting tool that could be accessed by the entire group with nothing more than an Internet connection. It has a ton of great features.

Last week we had an exhibition stand at CIPD’s HRD 2011 at Olympia London – our very first ‘outing’ in the UK. We were pleasantly surprised to be adjudged the Runners Up on the People Management Sponsored Best Stand 2011.
