At the end of 2012, was #4, now it is #6. Cannot skin on the SaaS version and even if you host it on your own servers you have to do it via CSS code (this is not uncommon in the VLP market, but it still is a minus in book). Specifically: No SSO between SF and SAP. Certificates can look differently from one to the next.
