I do not know if it will be by the end of 2018 or by Q2 of 2019, but when they launch, besides the big whoopla that comes with it, they will do damage. 2018 is in its final legs. And even worse, there are tools that continue to have problems with xAPI, even SCORM, or some other items and when the customer inquires for help, the tool tells them it is the fault of the learning system, when uh, no, it is your product. Bust in my opinion for 2018.

What I see by 2018, are the “experts” within the company or outside (as in not part of your business) not just appearing as photos within a profile, rather, video enabled, whereas a person can ask them in real time on X topic or schedule a video call for Y topic. Finally, xAPI and LRS. Especially when it comes to B2B.

For the LXPs of 2019, the post was in late 2018. . The one downer to the entire system, and one I have repeatedly told them is a bad idea, is that it is only xAPI for content. Analytical data is solid and well-rounded. One of the best I have seen in the LXP space. A lot of data to see, all wonderful and nice. .
