Red Havas has announced it is thrilled to be appointed by Janison, Australian-owned, ASX-listed education technology pioneer, as its PR and social media partner.

Founded 20 years ago, Janison is an award-winning, homegrown edtech success story, thriving on the international stage and delivering more than 6.5 million online assessments annually in 117 countries.

Janison has broken global records in the scale at which it delivers online schools assessment since 2010. Janison’s team of experts empowers K-12 schools, professional accreditation bodies and governments to achieve meaningful educational outcomes through technology solutions.

Its projects internationally include delivering PISA for Schools for the OECD, university entrance exams in Europe, English proficiency testing in more than 100 countries for the British Council and, in Australia, driver licence knowledge testing for Transport for NSW and nation-wide online schools assessments.

Red Havas will work as an extension of the Janison team on continuing its momentum and growth following the exceptionally rapid expansion of the business that has seen it more than triple in value and double in size over the past year.

Janison continues to forge a reputation for forward-thinking, robust solutions and constantly surpasses expectations in the digital transformation of education.

Kristie Taylor (main photo), head of marketing of Janison, said: “Despite the profound impact of the pandemic on the education sector, Janison has recorded its most successful year on record.

“We were looking for an agency partner that would be an extension of our team and support our growth as we mature as a business.

“We are delighted to appoint Red Havas as our preferred communications agency.

“They demonstrated a passion and alignment to our purpose of unlocking the potential of every learner, and will support the team in developing considered strategic decisions and initiatives to drive brand awareness with local media.

Steve Fontanot, Red Havas and Havas Blv, managing director, said: “Janison is a forward-thinking Australian company, who are accelerating innovation in the sector, both locally and globally.

“We’re thrilled to have been appointed as their PR partner, particularly at such an exciting time in their journey.”

The win follows a period of growth for Red Havas nationally, including the recent appointment of Haylie Marchant as Executive Director, Red Havas Brisbane.
