Majority of learning systems out there, at least in LMS space, can integrate quite nicely with Oracle. If you want a TM system, which aligns more with an HCM, then sure look at Oracle, but if you are going towards this product for the LMS, learning angle – then pass. Clearly, they did not get the memo.
