I make all the appropriate settings choices in Quiz->Preferences and when I go to preview the project I get a spinning wheel on launch. Win 10, Captivate 2019 Release, Firefox Browser.

I am using Captivate 2019 and exporting HTML5 into different formats. I notice that both on my web browser preview and on the LMS, whenever I click on Submit on a quiz slide, it takes more than 10 seconds for the result to appear. It does not seem to be a LMS issue, given that it also happens on my local preview.

I’ve tried updating and importing the image into the library and that used to fix it in 2017, but it doesn’t in 2019.
