For 2019, written in 2018, close to 95% accurate (as of today). . Curtailing the accept every RFP that comes to them. Another factor though is that many people continue to send RFPs that are 100 plus pages. I stopped using an RFP, in 2001 when I would buy systems. Coaching/Mentoring – stays in the hot cycle.

Coaching component. Learning journeys, coaching power, BI tool – built-in, metrics abound. I have Spoke as my vendor to watch in 2019. Coaching is a component of the platforms – Some do a better job than others, Mind Tickle! does a very good job with their coaching component. Functionality is solid.
