For example, if I have a name field in a software simulation and an end user clicks on the field, it might display content that was previously entered into other forms or content that was entered from previous attempts. I’m using Captivate 2019 Update 1. Is there a way to prevent this?

I’m working on a software simulation project in Captivate 2019 (latest release) and I have a floating menu that sits on top of the sim to provide instructions as well as forward/back/exit buttons. My challenge is that I have a sim where there’s no good place for the group of objects to sit for the whole simulation.

The net result is that you cannot record the screen, either in software simulation or in video demo recording mode.     Restart Captivate and see if you can record a software simulation.     In the past, the fix was to manually update the AdobeCaptivate.ini file.

I have made a screen capture video in Adobe Captivate 2019. Can anyone please advise if there is a setting that I need to change in captivate 2019. When I host these videos Moodle cloud , the video doesn’t autoplay. This was never the case for videos that I made in captivate 2017.
