This is in contrast with Moodle’s Survey tool, where you have to choose from a list of pre-written questions (similar to Moodle Quiz). Moodle Feedback Activities are also ideal for course, trainer, or teacher evaluations, as you have the option of creating non-graded questions.

So, a few weeks ago I ran a survey asking about elearning processes*, and it’s time to look at the results (I’ve closed it). I assumed people would know to choose the lowest option in the list if they could, and I don’t know that (flaw in the survey design). The third question was looking at the feedback provided. It’s nice (and I admit somewhat surprising) that almost 40% are actually providing feedback that addresses each wrong answer.

We recently released the results of our Learning and Remembering Survey on the Bottom-Line Performance website. The survey asked two open-ended questions: 1. The survey had 34 respondents across 21 different industries… most of them from Fortune 500 or Fortune 1000 companies.
