Here are the top 10 trends that I have seen taking place in the industry, as well as a few forecasts. The trends apply to both LMS/LCMS vendors. Two trends are appearing in higher frequency. Asia – misleading by LMS/LCMS vendors. The growth behind this trend, is the charge of smaller size vendors.

I must admit I am still in a daze on some shocking data, I saw in the last few weeks (on a side note: the new and updated version of my LMS/LCMS directory will be available for download this upcoming Tuesday). 30% vendors offer at least one type of social media – from my latest LMS directory. I hope this trend ends quickly.
