Rather than declare ADDIE dead, wouldn’t it make more sense to be sure that we are using it properly? It’s way cooler than pedagogy or andragogy, no? ADDIE for process), is that most are based upon a flawed premise. Often it would be helpful to capture and share their expertise company-wide and maybe even with the public.
