We’re used to Summative Evaluation. We get to the end of a pilot, we get to the end of a Leadership Development programme and we do our Summative Evaluation. ADDIE Came Out of the Waterfall Method in the 1940s. We have a tendency to look at data as a retrospective, looking back. Did we make an impact or not?
