I just returned from ATD’s TechKnowledge 2016, where I learned all sorts of groovy stuff: cool tricks for Adobe Connect, the value of microvideo, best practices for MOOCs. If it’s not certified by ADL, which SCORM API elements are supported? ADL is the governing body for SCORM. For an LMS to be SCORM-certified, it needs to have passed ADL’s testing process. Its API lets users easily integrate third-party applications into the LMS so it can be used with video-conferencing tools like Adobe Connect.

Answer: There’s four different Open Source LRSs that I’m aware of: Learning Locker , ADL LRS , lxHive and TinMan. Answer: The original version of Experience API was developed by Rustici Software as part of a research project commissioned by ADL. Questions: Are there any opensource LRS? Is there an open source LRS? Spec specific.
