Tin Can will also cause us to think more analytically about our learning programs now that we have more data and visibility into a broader set of learning activities. Traditional vendors are largely adopting at the SCORM parity level and using Tin Can as a better way to track formal training programs. For instance, as a result of a sales training program, we will capture data from a CRM to see if the training had any affect.
