This year more than ever DevLearn addressed the future of eLearning. Thanks to the TinCan API (now renamed into ‘experience API’) the technique is ahead of us (learning developers and vendors). Last but definitely not least, Judy Brown’s keynote session introduced us to a wide range of ways mobile devices could be used for learning and also explored a case study on the ADL ’s forays into the field. Conversion: Adobe is working with many vendors to facilitate, broker, and enable conversion efforts. ADL and AICC will play a role moving forward. The basic idea is that Authorware has been used in the past to be the onsize fits all for elearning development. Migration: Captivate and Flash for content creation.
