Mike: Early adopters are broken into two categories, traditional e-learning vendors and new market entrants. Traditional vendors are largely adopting at the SCORM parity level and using Tin Can as a better way to track formal training programs. The ADL vision is actually looking this far out in the future. ADL SCORM 2004 CERTIFIED. Sure, other vendors will say you can do that too, but you have to open each object file to get it. Mashups, Google charts. Many vendors hyping PowerPoint to Flash angle as key feature. LMS, web, CD, etc., Also SCORM 1.2 & AICC. Offers optional screen recording program ($99). Who has time?

I’m here as a participant, not as a vendor. Judy brings out a weekly newsletter (for the ADL) on mobile developments. Google Glass project about a device that will project AR information on your glasses. And that is something we as vendors need to be reminded of every now and then. I have really enjoyed my first day.
