Traditional vendors are largely adopting at the SCORM parity level and using Tin Can as a better way to track formal training programs. New market entrants tend to be doing the more exciting things that open up new possibilities. Tracking should be opt-in when possible. How do you plan to address this? Mike: Absolutely.
