GoToTraining, WebEx, and Adobe Connect all record live sessions to video formats, such as mp4. You can do this by using tools like Camtasia or QuickTime (you may need to download a plugin to record both audio and video). If you use a Mac, you can use Quicktime or iMovie. This is made easy thanks to modern webinar tools.
