When Adobe included a text to speech application in Captivate 4, I began to think that TTS might be a viable option in certain situations. TTS can also be effective as the voice of an avatar or guide, like the Ben character from MediaSemantics above. Personally, I think Charles and Audrey from the UK are brilliant.
