If your population has not adopted a tool yet, do you have a responsibility to the individual to show them tools that can live beyond their engagement at the company? Workers are disgruntled 10. Service industries challenge workers to acquire tacit knowledge — the kind of know-how one learns on the job, not in the classroom.
