This is simply through adopting childlike attitudes, whereby self-consciousness is reduced and willingness to make mistakes is boosted. For your next Friday night movie, opt for a movie in a foreign language! Think in it, write in it, speak in it and put it into practice. Write emails to yourself in it, listen to music in it and watch TV in it.
