is more widely adopted than SCORM 2004, so I don’t think that’s a terrible decision on their part. A great one is Udutu [link] – a free online application. (As you can tell from the domain, I’m a big believer in SCORM.) In partial defense of Moodle, it can import SCORM 1.2 content reasonably well.
