xAPI and LRS (Learning Record Stores) have been in the news and frankly everywhere within the e-learning industry in the past 1.5 In 2003, the eLearning startup I worked for shuttered its doors as our customers moved to adopt SCORM, and we had no idea how to do that. Over the next four months, ADL brought the team and I on board to work on what would become the Training and Learning Architecture , or TLA. I was told xAPI is in IEEE’s hands? What is IEEE?
