I had read a few blog posts by Dave Cormier (the godfather of the philosophy) and I follow the intrepid Soozie Bea (a card-carrying disciple), but unfortunately I missed Dave’s #rhizo14 mooc earlier in the year. Dave posited educational technology is a prime example. It was even documented in textbooks. A case in point is moocs.
