Last month I was at DevLearn in Las Vegas. One thing that caught my eye was what seemed to be a recurring theme of technological determinism. That is, the (often unstated) assumption that technology drives culture, human events, and, in this case, the field of learning and development.

Someone is compiling a ‘tweet book’ of all the tweets posted about DevLearn that week. and that’s great because now we are replacing it with ‘new media’ with new technologies and attitudes. this is the ACTA treaty, adopted in a few places like maybe Korea, France. technologies in recruiting and on-boarding.
