Trainees will be more interested in clicking a play button, drag and drop something on the screen, or looking at a relevant image instead of following each line of written content.

As a hint I would suggest to download and use S3Fox, a firefox plugin that allows you to upload files to an S3 bucket from within Firefox. A good solution is to use Amazons S3 service.
