I don’t think it’s the best tool out there, but it likely is the best tool being adopted by your IT department and is part of the Enterprise 2.0 eLearning Technology. plan in your organization. Strategies will move much slower than organizations who adopt easy to use tools and make tactical use of these tools. The LearnTrends Innovation Award Winners 2009 had several very interesting niche tools highlighted. And we won't see much adoption as the central vehicle for learning content delivery.

Credit where credit is due, a great deal of this increase in awareness has come through my use of Twitter (especially #lrnchat ) and through a number of online social networks, such as Seth Godin's Triiibes , LearnTrends , Problogger and LinkedIn groups.
