I started using del.icio.us and Yahoo MyWeb to save bookmarks - locally saved favorites seem rather limited now. Getting Value from LinkedIn , Thomas Davenport and Blogging - He is Wrong! I recommend adopting their tools and their security mechanisms. As a side note, I think selling Twitter/Yammer is harder than selling social bookmarking and wikis.
