However, in an era of distributed, dispersed and global workforce, an online platform becomes a necessary connector and amplifier. Given this VUCA world, it is imperative for and incumbent on all of us to remain learning agile and relevant. It is based on the fundamental principles of generosity, a growth mindset, leadership and a desire to build a purposeful network.
