SCORM, AICC, xAPI – Which one do I need?

SCORM’s premise, not what it can or cannot do, was its huge premise of interoperability—far more so than AICC. The idea was that you have content in SCORM and add it to your learning system that accepts SCORM, and tada, it works without any problems or issues. In the late 80s, AICC, the predecessor to SCORM, was born.
