What about AICC? Unless you purchased a tool that is only AICC compliant, which in that case, time to ditch it and get another one. If you purchased an AICC only, then you have to find a system that is AICC compliant. It can be SCORM too, but the AICC is the key. . As for customization, always be a tad concerned.

SaaS or on your own servers – they can do both, but ideally prefer SaaS (they host it). 264, MP4, MOV, WMA, AICC, etc. – always check with the vendor – they all support HD. your own logo (not all the vendors offer this option. Custom domain. Video search – think video search engine.

Congrats, you are probably looking at less than 10 (based on my LMS directory which contains 475 vendors). Custom domains – rather than have yourcompany.vendorname.com, some systems are now offering custom domains so that your learners see whatever name you create.com and remove the vendor name.
