BizX modules that come with the system: Compensation, Employee Central, Learning, Collaboration/Social, Performance and Goals, Recruiting, Succession/Development, Workforce Analytics, Workforce Planning. SCORM/AICC. 24/7 support with phone and e-mail.

Kinect technology was not created at a Microsoft lab, rather it was created by a group of folks in Cambridge, England. no SCORM, AICC or PENS – however, I am now seeing a few vendors offer PENS (created by AICC back in 2005, but slowly gaining traction). When people think Kinect technology, they think X-Box 360.

In 2002, a company created video courses that were AICC compliant and could be bookmarked. Lets make no mistake that companies such as Google, Microsoft (already a player in the education sector) and especially Apple could make this happen – immediately. It is understandable.sort of. It was revoluntary. So, what killed it?

Microsoft Word converted to Flash? Templates with some learning objects? A robust learning solution of multiple capabilities and outputs? It isn’t, but there are a few vendors starting to add it to their interoperability standards and yes a few LMS vendors too. E-Learning 24/7. But today?
